Create a broad and directed AP class marketing plan that utilizes multiple communication channels, including websites, teacher notes to parents, report cards, paper fliers and posters inside and outside the school, as well as direct outreach to parents, such as phone calls by bilingual volunteers or teachers.
Ensure that the marketing materials are translated to all representative languages and are written in a style that is audience appropriate.
Maintain as an overarching goal that parents understand the additional value of taking AP classes over regular honors classes.
