Daily Mindfulness Routine

Purpose

To promote increased focus, class participation, and a sense of academic belonging.

Outcome

Establish a mindfulness routine using the tools in the addendum; at the beginning of every class, students and teachers silently meditate for five minutes.

Teach students the routine and regularly practice it.
