Relationship Mapping

To build a resource that ensures each student is supported in a 1:1 relationship with an adult in the building.

To ensure all students have at least one adult connection at school who can offer consistent support.

Guidance counselors start this process after having built relationships with AP students.

Guidance counselors ask students which adults they have a poitive relationship with, utilizing the template linked to identify “missing” students.

Guidance counselors work with AP teachers and students match unmatched students with an faculty member.
They should follow up after Holiday Break and again during course selelection, ensuring all students have a relationship with a faculty member.
