Partner Profile: Fitchburg High School
MIE is proud to be partnering with Fitchburg High School for our 6th year in our Advanced Placement Success Sustainment Program! Here are some facts about FHS:
- Principal: Jeremy Roche
- District Superintendent: André Ravenelle
- Students at Fitchburg have the opportunity to use their high school AP courses for full credit at Mount Wachusett Community College.
- Students also have the option of staying close to home after high school by attending the local Fitchburg State University.
- The home of the Red Raiders takes pride in their motto: “Big enough to serve you. Small enough to know you.” Go Red Raiders!
- Fitchburg was home to Art Longsjo, a winter and summer Olympian who competed in speed skating and bicycling. He is a member of the halls of fame for both sports!
