Build confidence before providing increasingly in-depth feedback
Feedback in an AP class can often be more plentiful and specific than students are used to. Starting with more general feedback that students can tackle cna help build them confidence before providing increasingly specific feedback as the year goes on. Students report that they are more able to digest feedback and put it into action when they are eased into it over the course of the year.
