About Francina G. Victoria
Francina is an Engagement Manager on the Business Development Team in the Office of Advancement. In this capacity, Francina presents and attends national events, creates proposals in response to bids and RFPs at the state, district, and school levels, and develops and executes strategies to advance the organization’s mission while aligning with fiscal year priorities. She also manages relationships with executive clients such as superintendents, state commissioners, and other C-suite stakeholders.
Before joining the Office of Advancement, Francina worked as a Consultant and Engagement Manager on Mass Insight’s School Improvement team. In those roles, she conducted district and school reviews, reported key findings, and supported partners in identifying high-leverage and sustainable solutions. Prior to joining Mass Insight, Francina was the Manager of Pipeline & Diversity Programs for Boston Public Schools where she developed and implemented sustainable programs for diverse aspiring educators in and around Boston. These programs were aimed at recruiting, cultivating, and helping retain diverse individuals seeking teacher training and licensure. Francina has also served as the program manager for the Boston Public Schools Teaching Fellowship in collaboration with TNTP and as an operations manager with Lawrence Public Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Economic and Social Development of Regions, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
