Katherine Kilday

As HR Director, Katherine manages HR systems, talent acquisition, development, and retention while grounded in Mass Insight’s DEI values. Most recently, she co-led the revisioning of Mass Insight’s recruitment & selection efforts and compensation work centered in equity.  These initiatives contributed to significant growth and increased diversification of our team. She has worked in human resource roles for over 18 years across a variety of industries, including technology, professional services, and education.  Katherine holds a B.S. in Management from Keene State College.
