Paula Nassif, Marketing Associate Director at Wolters Kluwer Health, spearheads the Global Partner Program which aims to elevate healthcare standards globally by supporting clinicians worldwide through strategic collaborations. Paula is one of the founding members of the Health Division’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness (IDEA) Council. Under her co-leadership, the Council received global recognition for its ground-breaking DEI Content Guide, empowering employees to create more inclusive content within Health products. Thanks to her passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Paula was recently featured in the 2024 Top100 Empower Role Model Lists supported by YouTube, specifically within the Executives List. This list highlights leaders who are dismantling barriers and promoting opportunities for people of color in the global business arena.
Paula, originally from Bogota, Colombia, started her professional journey in Boston, where she built a solid foundation in sales, client service, and marketing. Over the years, she has held notable positions within a leading hedge fund and multiple software companies.
Paula has proudly dedicated 24 years of her life to non-profit work. Her greatest joy stems from being a positive example for her children and actively participating in initiatives that contribute to positive change and give back to society. Previously, she served on the board of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) Boston and acted as an advisor to the New England Association for Colombian Children (NEACOL). Paula advocates for diversity in governance and education. She currently serves as Board Clerk at Mass Insight Education & Research and is a Latino Board Fellow at Latinos for Education.
Paula’s commitment to amplifying diverse voices is evident through her participation in “The Power of Latinas” podcast and her extensive volunteer work with nonprofits. Renowned as a seasoned speaker, she is celebrated for her expertise in marketing, personal branding, and social media. Paula has captivated audiences across various platforms, delivering compelling addresses for organizations such as the Boston Business Journal, ALPFA Boston, Creative Mornings Boston, and many others.
Paula is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in communications and minor in Marketing. At the University of New Hampshire, she was president of the Diversity Support Coalition student organization.
