Noah M. Wager

Noah M. Wager is a consultant on the Mass Insight Team. He primarily works with school leadership teams to develop, implement and reflect on action plans that will result in improved student outcomes. When working with teachers, he leverages his passion for purposeful planning and preparation, employing rich tasks that allow opportunities for students to value multiple perspectives and engage in discourse to make sure students understand concepts and ideas. He joins the team after working in Philadelphia’s schools for over fifteen years as a math teacher, special educator, coach and administrator. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University, his master’s degree from Arcadia University and his principal certification through Philly PLUS. All students having access to quality education drives his work. When not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising and baking.
