Angela DelBrocco

Angela DelBrocco is Mass Insight’s Chief Operating and Finance Officer, overseeing the organization’s Finance, Technology, and Operations functions. She brings experience across a range of functions in educational organizations, including organizational and program strategy, assessment, finance, and community engagement. Angela previously served as Executive Director of the SAT Program at College Board, where she oversaw the strategy and digital transformation of the SAT Suite of Assessments for millions of students worldwide. She also served as Chief Finance Officer at Leading Educators and the Achievement School District.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Masters of Education Leadership from the Broad Center. Outside of work, you can find Angela at Electric Cool-Aid, the bar she owns with her partner in Washington DC, traveling to new countries (preferably warm ones), or curled up with her cat.
