Ready, Set, Go Virtual!

Our partner school districts are spread across the country: some started school in late July; others are opening this week. Many are facilitating instruction remotely, many are offering a hybrid option, and some are beginning to resume school in person.

A superintendent preparing for a remote start asked me earlier this week: what can the districts that are about to start school virtually learn from those that have been at it for several weeks?

We’ve found that schools and districts that can answer “yes” to the following questions are having the strongest start to facilitating learning virtually.

Even if your district has started remote instruction, we suggest that you regularly revisit these questions to track progress and set new priorities.
